Crawford Partnership is an established and award-winning RIBA Chartered Architects Practice based in North London specialising in bespoke architecture and interior design projects.
For over 20 years, the practice has built a reputation for innovative design with projects completed on a variety of building types including residential, conservation and heritage, mixed-use, retail, commercial, civic and educational.
Our design-led and analytical approach combined with a considered appreciation of technology, cost control and programming is applied to every project, enabling individual designs to be fully explored and the potential of each to be maximised for our clients.
From inception to completion, we work closely with client’s, initially reviewing and discussing their spatial and budgetary aspirations to develop a concise brief for the project, and then evolve concept designs towards gaining planning consent, finally progressing the detailed designs in preparation for tender and appointment of a contractor and working on site towards completion of the construction process.
The 21st Century will see the population of London and many cities around the world continue to grow as global urbanisation increases dramatically. In addressing this predicted growth, we invest considerable time in researching how our designs can respond to the issues of higher density, reduced availability of space, increased land and construction costs, and the provision of lifetime homes and neighbourhoods incorporating renewable energy and sustainable construction techniques that will meet people's changing needs in the future.
