The existing terraced house, dating from the 19th century, is undergoing a significant renovation and extension, with a new basement being dug out underneath the existing footprint, and a thorough restoration and renovation of the interior taking place.

The existing house has been extensively renovated and improved with a rear extension and dormers added with a first floor balcony and full-height double windows. The works are nearing completion on what will be a dramatic improvement on the property as it was previously.
