Having won one award and been shortlisted for several others, Crawford Partnership is delighted to be able to present a new brochure exploring the project in Clifton Road. Working to transform a derelict double-garage site purchased at auction into a contemporary three-bedroom house was challenging, given the physical and budgetary constraints. Located within a Conservation Area near to our office in Crouch End, the project is the most recent of the practice’s ‘signature houses’ where we seek to push boundaries to achieve exemplary designs for bespoke new houses within one of London’s remaining backland and infill sites.
