Tenders for the works at 412 Muswell Hill Broadway will be issued shortly

Having secured planning permission, we have been developing the detailed technical design working with the professional team and closely engaging with the client. The drawings, specification and information are close to being finalised so that the project can be tendered shortly.

The project, including the completed renovation and extension to the existing 1960s building, will require a highly skilled main contractor to undertake the works sensitively. This involves changes to the front elevation, facing onto the main shopping parade in Muswell Hill, as well as structural insertions and updates. A new Mansard-style floor will be added to the front block, whilst the rear flat roof will receive three new timber frame off-site modules. The design will reinvigorate an under-used part of the high street whilst creating nine new flats for sale.

We hope to be in a position to appoint a main contractor and commence works on site in the Summer, so watch this space for updates!
