Crawford Partnership is delighted to have been named a finalist in the iDOGI Awards 2018 for the restoration and extension of a 200 year old house in Regents Park

The Grade II* Listed Building located in St Katharine’s Precinct, Regents Park, London has been shortlisted as a Finalist in the prestigious international iDOGI Awards held annually in Venice. Set within a tranquil courtyard on land owned by the Crown Estate, the period house is 1 of 6 homes grouped around the picturesque and prominent Danish Church originally built for the St Katharine’s Dock Company as a hospital during the Napoleonic Wars. Works involved the sensitive refurbishment and extension of the original property to upgrade the home for 21st century lifestyles.

The awards, focus on conservation works involving homes and hotels, and we are excited that our project has been selected among 20 finalists worldwide for this prestigious design award. Alan and Maria will be in Venice in November presenting the project to the panel of judges. Good Luck Everyone!

More information about the project can be found on the St Katharine’s project page.
